Zagosa Ltd Labour Compliance Statement
Commitment to Ethical Labour Practices
Zagosa Ltd is committed to upholding the highest ethical and legal standards in all aspects of our business operations. We recognize our responsibility to ensure that forced, bonded, or child labour has no place in our company, supply chains, or operations.

Compliance with International Labour Standards
We strictly adhere to the fundamental principles set forth by the International Labour Organization (ILO), including:

  • ILO Convention No. 29 (Forced Labour) & No. 105 (Abolition of Forced Labour): We do not engage in, support, or condone any form of forced or bonded labour. All employment is voluntary, and employees have the right to terminate their contracts freely.
  • ILO Convention No. 138 (Minimum Age for Employment) & No. 182 (Worst Forms of Child Labour): We do not employ workers under the legal minimum working age as defined by national laws and international standards. We also ensure that young workers perform no hazardous work.
  • ILO Conventions on Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining: We respect workers’ rights to join trade unions and engage in collective bargaining.

Implementation & Enforcement
To ensure compliance with these standards, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Supply Chain Audits – We conduct regular due diligence checks and audits to assess supplier and partner compliance with labour standards.
  • Supplier Code of Conduct – Our suppliers are required to comply with our ethical sourcing policy, prohibiting forced, bonded, or child labour.
  • Employee Awareness & Training – We provide training and guidance to our workforce on fair labour practices and employee rights.
  • Reporting & Grievance Mechanisms – We maintain a confidential reporting system for employees and third parties to report any violations of our labour policies.
  • Contractual Compliance – All contracts and agreements with suppliers, contractors, and business partners include provisions that require adherence to ILO standards.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuous monitoring and improvement of our labour policies. We work closely with industry partners, regulatory bodies, and third-party auditors to uphold fair labour practices in all aspects of our business.
