Yes. Zagosa Auction has a free package that allow vendors list an unlimited number of items. This, however, attracts a commission of 20% per successful auction which the vendor pays to us after the auction closes.

Vendors arrange the delivery of their products and also determine whether it's free or what the cost of getting this to the buyer is. On each vendor's account profile is their delivery information which also includes such things as the area they deliver to, the cost of delivery, the terms and conditions.

Yes. You will be able to get a refund on any item after delivery is made as long as there is sufficient proof that the vendor misrepresented the product information, delivered the wrong item or there was a case of non-delivery.
